2 - 솔로몬 가족은 외계인 (영어 듣기)

Monologue : Our home for this mission is earth, a third-rate planet I got a teaching job at a third-rate university, now we're looking at a third floor apartment.

Mrs. Dubcek : come in, come on in. it's the attic, so it's kind of small. But it's furnished.

Dick : we love it.

Harry : yeah, so much bigger than a car.

Tommy : yeah, we'll take it.

Mrs. Dubcek : you know. this used to be the rumpus room back in the 60s, This carpet has seen more butts than santa claus lap.

Harry : What is this stuff?

Mrs. Dubcek : The sweater, it's angora.

Harry : it's wonderful. I've never seen anything like it. Ooooooh.

Mrs. Dubcek : I like the color.

Harry : well it's very nice.

Mrs. Dubcek : you're not from around here, are you?

Dick : Well, Mrs. Dubcek, I could stand chew your fat all day, but time has no manner. Bye now.

Sally, I want you to observe her. Find out what women on this planet do.

Sally : Why can't Harry do it?

Dick : Because you are the woman.

Sally : That brings up a very good question. why am i the woman?

Dick : Because you lost.

Harry : I can't see through my eyelids.

Sally : Open them.

Harry : Oooh, they're manual.

Dick : Oh Good, you are here. Did you copy the mainframe in the library?

Tommy : Oh.. I got a little distracted

Dick : Again? What happened?

Tommy : I was watching these women play volleyball. And they were all jumping, up and down, (in) these little shorts, and some of them can't jump as high as the others, but it's ok, I mean it's more than ok, It's really ok. I mean it's...

Dick : what is wrong with you?

Tommy : I don't know.

Dick : We can't leave without that information. so access the mainframe, enter the net, download then go straight home as soon as you are finished.

Tommy : Why are you talking to me like I'm a child?

Dick : you are child.

Tommy : I'm older than you.

Dick : well, now I'm Bigger. And on this planet size matters.
